what ive been up to

for the past couple of months i have been really busy as my 3rd daughter got married on saturday 14th november . i made all the wedding stationary, i did the buffet for 150 people and the chocolate wedding cake . i am now exhausted but the day was lovely, a few hiccups my darling daughters left her bouquet on the table. so myself and my 2 best friends had to drive back to the house and get them which was rather hectic.the day was wonderful and everyone enjoyed themselves.

my jewellery

since my birthday last august, i have been making jewellery. i think im finally beginning to get the hangof it.ive really become obsessed, most i have made for me, but i did make quite a few pieces for friends and family for xmas. they seem to go down well. im running low on supplies now so, have to save a few pennies so i can get more.

ive spoilt myself

hi everone , ive had a little spend on craft goodies,as a treat for sticking to my healthy eating plan. ive ordered a set of alphabet sizzix dies and a tag one. also ordered some findings for making more jewellery and yesterday went to the range and brought some of the new range of unmounted stamps by dovecraft called the smirk range.im waiting for the postie to come and bring the rest of my goodies. i have made a couple of cards with the smirk stamps and will add them now.

been away a while

hi everyone , not been on here for a while been a bit busy. this xmas made a lot of my xmas presents which i really enjoyed, i made mini books, jewllery and knitted some scarfs. all the gifts seemed to be appreciated.i have added a few cards and a photo of my dog sapphire who is a 3 year old siberian husky.for the past 2 weeks ive been on ahealthy eating regime, ive lost a couple of pounds ,lots more to go. im not expecting a fast weight loss as i am unable to do much exercise because of my health.my goal is to loose what i need to by august 2010 as thats when im 50.hope everyone had a lovely xmas and is enjoying a good new year
